Face old enemies that have gone mad and formed new faction called the Honorless, in the first event of year 2.
This event features three elite enemies, we're all familiar with, but this time around with their own fleet and a new appearance.
Because of this does it mainly consists of 3 world events and a variety of rewards that slightly differ depending on the World Tier fighted at, with the main rewards being the Bloodied Strongbox and the Bloodied Doubloon which can be used to buy exclusive Cosmetic Sets.
As mentioned above does the event feature three unique world events, which for the first time can be activly triggered on demand by the player by spending 10 Sigil Flare at an event buoy to bait out the honorless fleet.
The three world events work similar for both world tiers, only differing in the level and are versions of known elite enemies escorted by a fleet of 9, 7 for Dian Sinaga, ships of the honorless faction. So Ah Pak as an example works the same way as the regular one, but has its fleet to support him.
The event buoys are located at fixed points on the map being easily identified by a purple bell (event icon).
The Mizerja is located East of the Ile Michel outpost in the Baixio Grande.
Dian Sinaga is located east of the Kelelawar Chamber outpost in the Trisula Sea.
In general it can be said it works best to take out the ships of the fleet first, which drop Liberty Cap, to then take out the elite enemy. As the escorts, especially of Ah Pak, can deal significant amount of damage to your ship if not cleared.
For the elite enemies themselves, you should always go for the weakpoints first as this will greatly reduce the time needed to complete the encounter.

Don't forget to do the daily contracts to earn free Sigil Flare.
This event shares a similar behaviour as the Enter the Nian event, as it becomes far more difficult with an increasing amount of players, due to the scaling of elite enemies in Skull and Bones in regards to their health and behaviour.
For an example can the Dian Sinaga encounter be finished solo within 3-5 minutes, when using an endgame loadout. With a group of 8 players this can easily go up to 10-15 minutes, due to the scaling of the enemy.
As such is it far more effective to do an encounter solo or in a good group of up to 3 people, because at this amount the scaling of the enemy is still alright and the additional rewards for being part of a group make up for it.

When looking at the event and ways to best farm it, so to get the most value for your 10 Sigil Flare invested, two factors get interesting:
When looking at the 3 different World Events and their rewards the following results come up for World Tier I:

If you have the option to do the event in World Tier II, I would highly recommend to do so as you get more infamy and better treasure chests for the same effort, with focussing on Dian Sinaga for a great amount of Bloodied Doubloon per time and
Sigil Flare invested. If you don't care about
Pieces of Eight farming Mizerja might turn out slightly more effective.
If you want to also get a boatload of ascended weapons to salvage later at the blacksmith the Mizerja encounter is the clear way to go here.
Besides the world events, which are available at all time, there is also a small chance to get ambushed by a fleet of the honorless which includes an unique elite enemy.
In the Fara one, you either encounter Malupato or Mrima, both rank 17 elite enemies with a ship similar to the Mizerja one.

The reward for defeating the elite enemy and as such surviving the ambush is a Bloodied Strongbox, a treasure chest of that faction and some Bloodied Doubloon.
Opening 20 Bloodied Strongbox will reward the Hand of Judgment seasonal achievement and corresponding badge.
Warning
Due to a bug does currently only the Bloodied Strongbox I count towards the achievement.
For the first time, due to World Tiers being a thing, we have two versions of the chest with slightly adjusted rewards, so following are two reward tables for each version.
The price of turning your backs on your kin goes beyond the material.

The main reward of this event is the Bloodied Doubloons currency which can be exchanged in Sainte-Anne at Yanita or in the Ubisoft Store.
Tip
I would highly recommend stocking up on the Ascension Chest as long as its available, offering Ascension Module and
Upgrade Parts while being purchasable 5 times a hour.
