Erklärung
The goal here is to charge up flooded with a barrage of Dahaaka torps, and under ideal conditions, turn in and actually proc the flooded with Cannonade just before ramming for an immense amount of burst damage. As such, the build is highly centered around flooding charge rate and torpedo buffs. The long lines are there to help cut sails while moving away from a ram. If you don't have Hubac Rack/Major Furniture, I would suggest High-Velocity Kegs to buff Dahaaka damage.
As for Major Furniture. Drowned Ones Toll is probably the most generically useful for the build. But good things can be said of War Drums or Freeman's Embrace as well.
