General
This build is not for the faint of heart. It's about all the damage you can cram onto the Padewakang. It's really more of a template for making more sensible decisions regarding healing and defense. But, if you have a reliable pocket healer friend or are good with bombards from range, this could be just the build for you!
I'd like to point out here that the Padewakang had a gun port added. It's now 4 top 3 bottom on the sides so you get 12 bombards if you fill the whole ship with them.
Weapons
Everywhere
Bombards everywhere. Specifically the new Ashbreaker.
Detonate uses explosive damage hits to proc solid flat explosive damage. Note this damage in no way scales off the explosive damage, it only requires explosive damage to proc.
Detonate also gives an extra explosion of flat damage if the target is Ablaze, so we want to bring at least some Burning Damage, and the more we have the faster we build Ablaze. Ashbreaker also gives us 1% Vulnerable build-up rate per 1% of Burning Damage.
You could use the advanced/blue ascension soul mending for some self healing.
Auxiliary
You could opt for the Crouching Tiger here, but it has Taunt on it and with the utter lack of durability on this build, that's just going to get you killed. The radius of Explosive Weapons only applies their Explosive damage component, so having Burning Damage on the Mortar would only help apply Ablaze to the primary target, and that's assuming you landed a direct hit and didn't 1-shot that target. Roaring Meg brings a little extra oompf to its AoE and has a much more useful, and less...dangerous perk Demolition which gives a massive chunk of extra damage for structures.
Detonate cannot proc off of Rockets even after they have Combustion added to give them explosive damage.
I do not have Warhammer.
You could use Little Grace for some self-healing.
Armor
If you can stay healthy with no self-healing, like you're in a group...then this armor gives probably the best return. There are other options that can boost DPS, and there are choices which can help survivability. Wrymhide pairs well with the Siege perk that keeps the Padewakang stationary.
Furniture
These are, I think, the best DPS options for furniture. Again, feel free to swap some out for survivability it needed.
