General
This is my loadout I use to fight most enemies across the seas.

I use Piqûre III all round with Shock, Amplified Electric and Second Storm
Other Informations
I use Little Grace III with Fix, Sailors Respite and Empower.
This setup is great for crowd control, especially against The Honorles where large number of enemy ships show up. Start off by launching the buyes, the empower perk gives you extra damage. Then launch a few shots at the enemy fleet to get the Second Storm activated. Since the ships are so close together, the Second Storm spreads to all the enemy ships.
For better survive ability swop out the Nocturnheart with the Ouroborus and Bilgfire Barrel with the Water Tank.
