This is my frigate build I've used to do just about everything. It sinks ships big or small, in groups or alone. You can swap the buccaneers oath armor for the nocturne heart for a constant damage boost if you're farming world bosses or doing pvp war cargo events or legendary map hunts but I've done both without swapping and it holds it's own beautifully.
