Breakdown

The main goal of this loadout is to farm Sea Fire Mastery achievements. While technically Sambuk can put out more dps with its sea fire, that means sacrificing 6 gun ports on its front and thus sea fire weapons are rather suboptimal on it. A Barge only sacrifices 2 gunports and still gives 20% damage increase to Sea Fire. Furthermore, its perk "Devouring" that allows you to demast ships you burn makes staying in sea fire range much easier. 

Kallinikos Flame is preferred because of its good burst and raider perk, which will trigger the buff from the armor more often and allow putting out more damage. Blue Spectre in comparison requires uninterrupted firing to get most out of, so it's not easy to use. Agni's Fury is easier to use, has more range and much better reload, but it's low rate of fire means it can't burst as well as Kallinikos Flame when all the buffs are up and it only has burning 1, which doesn't work too well with Barge perks.

Zamzamas on the sides also provide good damage inbetween bursts of sea fire and have raider perk too. What's on the back doesn't matter much, you won't be using it often. Warhammer is the chosen aux because it deals good damage and works in close range, which is where you'll be most of the time.

Megaphone helps with reload, which Sea Fire desperately needs help with. Smoke Canisters, Gunpowder Bench and Front Powder Kegs boost Sea Fire damage further. Boatswain's Toll and Strange Elixir increase the frequency of your crew attacks.
